1. Agreement to Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Importer Handbook and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services.

In no event shall Importer Handbook's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Importer Handbook, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
